Two projects evaluated including Professor Phan Qu\u1ed1c Kh\u00e1nh \u2019s \u201cMultiplier rules, existence, approximation and stability of \u00a0solutions to optimization problems\u201d ; and the research \u201cNon-conservativeness and phase transition in systems of balance laws\u201d by Associate Professor Mai \u0110\u1ee9c Th\u00e0nh.<\/div>\n<p>Both projects are highly appraised by the scientific councils on the research planning and implementing progress, as well as mid-term results and fund usage efficiency.
