EFS funds are available for excellent students from reputable universities of any foreign country to study in a master\u2019s or a doctoral degree program.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Programs offered at Engineering<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Scholarship information:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of Scholarships: 23 continuing Scholarships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For prospective students in the academic semester 2\/2018 (January, 2019)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree (2-year curriculum)<\/li>\n<li>Doctoral degree (3-year curriculum)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Scholarship Coverage:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full tuition and educational support fees (full thesis support)<\/li>\n<li>Living allowance of 10,500 Baht per month for Master\u2019s program\/11,500 Baht per month for Doctoral program<\/li>\n<li>Round trip economy travel expenses, the most direct route to and from Thailand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>and the recipient\u2019s home country (actual expense, but not over 20,000 Baht)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Miscellaneous expenses such as visa fees, airport taxes, etc. (actual expenses,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>but not over 10,000 Baht)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health and accident insurance during the period of scholarship in Thailand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>* Scholarship recipients are required to stay at the SIIT dormitory for a period of at least 12 months.<\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Candidate Qualifications:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Not a Thai citizen, nor of Thai nationality.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent academic record (preferably ranked within the top 20 percent of the class)<\/li>\n<li>Meet qualifications of SIIT graduate programs admission (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.siit.tu.ac.th\/grad_app\">siit.tu.ac.th\/grad_app<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Two strong recommendation letters (at least one recommendation letter must come from academic instructor\/advisor)<\/li>\n<li>Have good health and good conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Must not be a recipient of another type of scholarship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Conditions to continue the Scholarship:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a cumulative GPA of not less than 3.25 with no \u201cF\u201d, \u201cU\u201d, \u201cNP\u201d, or \u201cW\u201d<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Make good progress in his\/her master thesis\/doctoral dissertation and report his\/her<\/li>\n<li>progress every semester.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the Institute\u2019s work for 30 hours per semester, focused primarily on<\/li>\n<li>exam proctoring for 24 hours, and laboratory supervision or tutoring courses<\/li>\n<li>for 6 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol
